We live out of town and I have known Toby Eason since late 90s. I got in touch with him and told him the problem and when we went to Waycross for a few days he was able to diagnosis and get the work completed within a few days. He has always been helpful.

I always have a great experience at Walker Jones. My only request would be to please don't forget to put a new mileage sticker on my inside windshield after my oil change. A new one was not replaced for the old one at this visit. Other than that, the service is great!!

After 3 trips and the last trip culminating in the problem not being diagnosed nor repaired, we picked up our company vehicle (2020 NV3500). One would think if the problem couldn't be diagnosed at one location a master mechanic would be brought in or vehicle taken to different location. With all of your dealerships, I'm sure problem could have been diagnosed. I do think WJ Nissan has a good service department as we have used them before. This was the exception Not the rule

I bought a used car from Walker Jones Mega Center. A week later the check engine light came on and they told me to take the car to the Nissan Service. After 3 and a half hours waiting they told me it was a bad battery and they replaced it. The check engine light came back on the next day. I waited that long for someone to tell me that and it wasn't the problem.

My transmission failed. I called and they ordered a replacement transmission. The transmission was delivered 3 days later and it was installed in 3 days. Very quick turnaround, professional installation and fantastic service!
