Amazing experience at this dealership. Maybe the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Being a woman buying a car by herself can be very hard. Not here. They found the exact model and trim I wanted, even trading with another dealership to get it. My sales person did not waste my time running back and forth to get manager approval for negotiation prices. Even the financial part was simple and fast. Go and see Sabrina. From the service department desk to the cashier office they were knowledgeable about prices and they were right on the money. It was cheaper for me to have my car repaired at your Nissan dealership service department than it was for a local company. The brake repair job was cheaper than the quoted price at another Facility. Things I should have been told about the car was not. There are things missing. After driving the car for a while, the car had a ver foul odor. The car is missing a cover for the trunk.

When I took my car in a few weeks ago maybe 5 weeks. Told service center there is rattling on front right side. They checked it out and said they are ordering the part and it’s under warranty. When we got ready to leave yesterday we ended up having to pay $200 out of our on pocket. Come to find out the part was only for a 36000 mile. Car was in for repair under warranty. It was hard to get service representative to return calls or give updates. After initially waiting a week to hear anything at all we called to find they had not even looked at the car yet. It ended up taking a month and a half to get our car back. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME TAKING MY TRUCK FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND THEY STILL COULD NOT FIND OUT WHY THE WRENCH KEEPS COMING UP AND MY TRUCK WONT MOVE. Fantastic experience! My salesman Brett crafted my experience to exactly what u wanted and had great communication.
The mechanic replaced my air filter the time before this oil change and inspection, did not replace it correctly in the cradle and it was pulling sand in because of a 3/4”gap next to the wall and filter. Also we had to wait around 2-1/2 hours for service.
Customer service manager was great. I would recommend 👌 family and friends to trust in Walker Jones to find your dream car.
